There's also an option to enable or disable showing previews and snapping when dragging windows to the edges. Depending on whether you want to have GNOME animations when maximizing windows or not, there's an option you can use to toggle true maximizing of windows. If you have a wide / ultrawide monitor, you can increase the number of tile columns from 2 to 3 or 4. The extension preferences offer the ability to tweak the extension behavior.
